1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function correctly, improve user experience, and provide reporting information.
2. How We Use Cookies
The JuLenny FHE Platform uses the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: These are essential for the platform to function. They include authentication session tokens (Firebase Auth) and security cookies (reCAPTCHA, App Check). These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
- Analytics Cookies: We use Firebase/Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our platform. These cookies collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. They are only set with your explicit consent.
- Functional Cookies: These remember your preferences (such as cookie consent choices) to provide a more personalized experience.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Our platform integrates with the following third-party services that may set their own cookies:
- Google reCAPTCHA v3: Used for bot mitigation and security. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Firebase Analytics: Used for anonymized usage analytics (only with consent).
- Stripe: Used for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
4. Your Choices
EU/EEA Users: Under the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and GDPR, you have the right to accept or reject non-essential cookies. We will not set analytics or non-essential cookies without your explicit consent.
- You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings banner at the bottom of any page.
- You can also clear cookies via your browser settings. Note that this may affect platform functionality.
- Rejecting analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the platform.
5. Data Retention
Authentication cookies persist for the duration of your session or until you sign out. Analytics cookies expire after 24 months. Preference cookies (cookie consent) are retained for 12 months, after which you will be prompted again.
6. Contact
If you have questions about our use of cookies, please reach out via our contact form.
