Welcoming Hayim Shaul as JuLenny's Chief Technology Officer
David Uzan · 01 September 2026
Today, we are incredibly proud to announce that Hayim Shaul has officially joined JuLenny as Chief Technology Officer.
When we launched JuLenny a few weeks ago, we had one clear goal: prove that enterprises no longer have to rely on "trust and hope" when collaborating on sensitive data. Our V1 platform does exactly that. It is live, in production, and running real multi-party computations today, with a working function library, a blind MCP server for AI agents, and a source-available client that anyone can read before they trust it.
What comes next is scale. Enterprise datasets are larger and enterprise patience is shorter, and closing that gap needs world-class technical leadership.
With 39 patents in FHE and over 1,200 citations across tens of published articles, Hayim Shaul is a recognized pioneer in the space. His deep expertise in applied cryptography perfectly aligns with JuLenny's mission to build the zero-trust layer for data partnerships.
"The foundational cryptography in JuLenny's V1 is already changing how companies think about data privacy," says Shaul. "My focus now is on building V2. We are optimizing our architecture so that global banks, healthcare networks, and cyber intelligence teams can run complex computations at enterprise speed."
As CTO, Hayim will be spearheading three core strategic initiatives for the platform:
1. Enterprise-Scale Data Processing: Extending our performance envelope so the platform handles the largest enterprise datasets as comfortably as it handles today's workloads.
2. Hardware Acceleration: Driving advanced GPU optimization to deliver lightning-fast FHE computation speeds.
3. AI-Assisted Function Development (research direction): We are exploring how AI can shorten the path from an enterprise's stated requirement to a working FHE function. To be clear about where this stands: it is a research direction, not a shipped capability, and it does not change how functions run. Every function on JuLenny executes as a fixed, signed circuit from our registry, so the logic cannot change silently between runs. That guarantee is not negotiable, whatever accelerates the development process behind it.
Bringing Hayim Shaul on board marks the beginning of our next major growth phase. His leadership will be critical in ensuring our platform remains the most secure, performant, and reliable way to collaborate on data.
Welcome to the team, Hayim.
